ɴᴏᴛᴇs: Patient was admitted into medical for blunt force trauma to the head following a fist fight. Nose bleeding, but not broken. Swelling around both eyes. Pupils reacted irregularly to light. Patient was monitored for the next hour to ensure that no complications would arise from concussion. Advised patient not to sleep for another hour and to return to medical if dizziness or nausea occurred.
Scans revealed instances of foreign matter in the brain and blood. This foreign material was concentrated in but not limited to, the motor cortex.
Patient admitted to undergoing a procedure involving 'self-replicating nano-cells' that replaced the organic tissue. Patient stated that nanites aid in the healing process.
